IT Support Engineer (Night Shift) - Up to $4200

Salary: $3,000 – $4,200 per month

• Location: Tampines

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Fixed Night Shift)

• Basic Salary: $3,000 – $4,200

• Monthly Allowance: $352

• Variable Bonus: 1.5 Months of Basic Salary

• Overtime Claimable

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 (L1) IT support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software and system-related issues.

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues involving computers, printers, applications and other IT equipment.

• Perform basic troubleshooting for network, infrastructure and system issues, escalating complex cases to senior engineers or vendors.

• Support installation, configuration, maintenance and updates of IT systems and applications.

• Assist with IT security monitoring, routine checks and compliance audits.

• Maintain accurate IT asset records, software licences and support documentation.

• Monitor and support manufacturing applications, including MES and WMS systems.

• Document incidents, perform shift handovers and report recurring issues for permanent resolution.

• Follow established SOPs and IT policies to ensure smooth system operations.
