IT Support Engineer (No exp needed, OJT)

Salary: $2,400 – $2,600 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide off-site troubleshooting for client platforms and end-user hardware (L1/ L2 IT support)

• Perform service requests and respond promptly to incidents; investigate & provide temporary/ permanent resolution

• Handle end-users directly via calls / voicemail / email

• Incident tracking and first & second level resolution for all trouble calls, including those related to desktop, LAN, centralized infrastructure, Wide Area Network, and voice services related service requests

• Coordination for employee user account administration, activation, changes, and terminations

• Document technical processes and provide regular status updates to relevant parties.

Requirements

• Good learning attitude and good communication skills

• IT technical support experience or call centre experience is a plus
