IT Support Engineer – Onsite, Break & Fix Specialist

TVS SCS RICO Italia is seeking an expert Engineer VR04 to bolster on-site IT support. The role requires at least 18 months in IT, with strong Windows, Active Directory and VM skills.

You will support Windows, Mac and Linux environments, perform IMAC tasks and provide Hands & Eyes support on site. The position involves local/remote incident resolution, service requests, and daily coordination with resolver teams.

Provide daily local/remote IT support and document steps in a ticketing system. Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests, including IMAC tasks. Support Windows, Mac and Linux environments on site. Coordinate with resolver and external teams for asset management and stock handling. Assist with on-site IT duties and hands-on support as needed. Minimum 18 months of experience in the IT sector. Proficiency with Windows Platform, Microsoft Active Directory and virtual machines. Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work out of hours when required for projects or emergency support. Proficiency in Italian and English for daily use. Fixed-term contract On-site work
