IT Support Engineer

Salary: $17,000 – $21,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal users on hardware and software

• Provide support on MS Windows and MS Office.

• Provide support on all corporate communication systems including email（e.g. Outlook, Web and Mobile devices), video conference equipment setup and etc.

• Perform hardware and software installations such as Workstations, Laptop PCs and Printers.

• Provide support to internal customers on PC/Printer/Network and peripheral related issues.

• Maintain up-to-date hardware & software inventory.

• Perform system administration and health checking

• Perform system administration include AD account / Email account management

• Software and hardware inventory management

Requirement:

- Diploma or above in IT area

- 1 year IT support work experience

- Willing to learn

- Good communication in Cantonese
