IT Support Engineer (Roaming)
About the role
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining, deploying, and supporting our clients' IT ecosystems as an IT Systems & Network Engineer.
Key responsibilities
Setup, configure, and provide technical support for user computers and devices
Setup, configure, and support Windows Servers and Hyper-V virtualization environments
Setup, configure, and optimize Wi-Fi networks and network switches
Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
Setup, configure, and maintain firewalls and various advanced cybersecurity products
Undertake all other crucial responsibilities and technical tasks essential to an IT Engineer's role
About you
Positive mindset, strong work ethic, high integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with local end-users and team members
Relevant Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience in the systems/networking field
Eager to pick up new technologies and adapt to the fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape
Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, Microsoft 365) will be an added advantage
