About the role
Support and enhance enterprise applications and digital workplace systems while gaining exposure to vendor management and ICT project delivery in a dynamic technology environment.
Location: Central
Working Hours: Office Hours
Salary: Up to $3,600 per month
Duration: 11 Months (Commencing Dec 2026, Subject to Extension)
Key responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, system issues, and user queries
Monitor system performance and support operational stability
Assist with application deployments, testing, enhancements, and change requests
Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to investigate and resolve issues
Support ICT project implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system rollouts
Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and support guides
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in Application Support, System Support, or IT Support preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
