IT Support Engineer
NewBe an early applicantAs our new IT Support Engineer you will be crucial
for maintaining business continuity by providing technical assistance to users,
managing systems and networks, and ensuring that IT infrastructure is stable
and secure. The role contributes directly to the company’s operational
efficiency and security by managing the systems that employees rely on daily.
As Cloud, Security &
Applications administrator, this role is responsible for the day-to-day
administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s cloud
services, endpoints, identity environment, cybersecurity platforms and business
applications. The role supports users remotely across Peru, Mexico, the USA and occasionally other
global locations.
- Cloud Productivity: Identity lifecycle and collaboration, troubleshooting.
- Cybersecurity Operations Support: Security monitoring, incident triage, compliance evidence.
- Endpoint and Device
Management: device management, deployment and compliance, Endpoint health.
- Cloud Services, Automation and Reporting
- Service Delivery, Documentation and Improvement
- Business Applications and SaaS Administration: SaaS administration, Applications in scope, Access governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems
Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Computational Systems
Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
- Cloud certifications are advantageous.
- 3–5 years’ experience in IT
administration, enterprise cloud productivity services, endpoint management,
SaaS application support, cloud support or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise
cloud productivity and collaboration suites, cloud identity platforms, modern
endpoint management tools, identity and access management, endpoint security
and remote user support.

- Experience using scripting and
