IT Network Support Engineer
Work Location- Kallang
Responsibilities
The scope for the IT Network Support Engineer resource is to support the daily network operations and support including but not limited to:
- Coordinating and handling network incidents and maintenance support (including HQ and remote office operations).
- Processing firewall change requests.
- Reviewing and housekeeping the VPN and firewall rules.
- Coordinating with third parties (e.g. Telcos, Contractors) on site-survey, installations, and RMAs.
- Installing and configuring network equipment.
- Coordinating with vendor for LAN rooms cleaning.
- Coordinating with vendor for Ad-Hoc Network Cablings.
- Supporting the network and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in Network Infrastructure Operations/Projects
- Relevant Certifications
