IT Support Engineer (Windows, macOS & M365)

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000

• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, network, and system-related issues.
• Manage device deployment, setup, imaging, and user access administration.
• Provide support for video conferencing platforms, remote work tools, and communication systems.
• Deliver on-site and remote technical support to end users.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and technical documentation.
• Perform system updates, configurations, and routine maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors on equipment repairs, replacements, and technical services.
• Support the implementation and installation of new software applications and IT systems.
• Monitor and maintain data backup and recovery solutions.
• Assist with IT security initiatives, including antivirus management, patching, and compliance requirements.
  
  

• 2 to 4 years of IT support experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with networking technologies, VPNs, and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including remote support experience.
• Commitment to maintaining accurate technical documentation.
