As an [ IT Support Engineer ], you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operation of clients' IT infrastructure. Long term loyal staff will be rewarded company shares and become part owner of the business.

  • Australian citizen or permanent resident with advanced level of English skills,

  • Work experience NOT required,

  • Loves working hard and career focused,

  • Able to flexibly work 24/7/365, and self motivated to commit to more than 50 hours per week,

  • Enjoys responsibilities, and being relied upon,

  • Strong hardware skills, i.e. desktop computers, laptops, servers, Synology NAS, Ubiquiti equipment, etc.

  • Strong software skills, i.e. Microsoft Windows, Office, Server, Adobe suite, etc.

  • Familiar with cloud-based technologies, i.e. Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, etc.

  • Vigilance in cyber security, data storage and retention,

  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality of company information and safeguarding customers' intellectual properties,

  • Passion for technology, desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends,

  • Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills,

  • High level of attention to details, and aspires to achieve perfection,

  • Excellent note-taking skills and strict adherence to instructions,

  • Willing to tackle tasks beyond standard job description,

  • Some communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,

  • Demonstrates a growth mindset by embracing feedback constructively and utilizing it to enhance performance and outcomes,

  • Able to work in solitude, as well as in cross departmental teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients' computers, servers, network equipment, etc.

  • Regularly monitor systems and networks to identify and resolve potential problems,

  • Implement new IT systems, including software, hardware, and cloud-based solutions,

  • Provide IT services in other related areas, such as security cameras, access control, building management system (BMS), etc,

  • Maintain detailed documentation of tasks.
