IT Support Engineer

You will own employee onboarding and offboarding, administer business and identity systems, provide on-site and remote technical support, manage office equipment and vendors, support internal events and office changes, and maintain clear IT documentation and runbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding including account access and equipment.
  • Administer Google Workspace Atlassian Okta LDAP VPN SIP and office systems.
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support with a customer-service focus.
  • Manage IT hardware and software through procurement deployment maintenance and decommissioning.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventories and equipment allocations.
  • Manage IT hardware and service vendors.
  • Support internal events desk moves and office reconfigurations.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and runbooks.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of hands-on IT experience.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace Atlassian Okta LDAP and VPN.
  • Experience with office networking AV conference-room systems CCTV physical security and backup and recovery.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems end to end.
  • Strong organization and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-office organizations is preferred.
