Location: Dalhousie, Kolkata
JIVAH Electricals, an electrical equipment manufacturing company, is looking for a technically sound and experienced IT Floor Support Executive for its Kolkata office at Dalhousie.
We are seeking candidates with strong hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and troubleshooting, who can join at the earliest.
Position: IT Floor Support Executive
Location: Dalhousie, Kolkata
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM
Joining: Immediate / Earliest Possible
Job Description (JD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT floor support and troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues.
- Manage and maintain CCTV cameras and related systems.
- Handle server-related operations and basic server troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for printers, desktops, and laptops.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Maintain IT systems, networking equipment, and office infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all IT-related operations across the office.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, servers, printers, desktops, and laptops.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and technical support.
- Ability to resolve technical issues independently.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
