IT Support/Field Service Representative
Summary
On-site Field Service Representative in Madiun, East Java supporting the ILIAS learning platform at the Indonesian Air Force base (Lanud Iswahjudi): troubleshooting the software, tracking issues in Jira, monitoring MTTR and system availability, and coordinating between IDAF super users, Falah, and ILIAS HQ.
Salary: Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month

Field Service Representative (FSR)
📍 Placement: Madiun, East Java
💼 Full-Time | On-Site
As an FSR, you will provide on-site support for the ILIAS application at Lanud Iswahjudi (IWJ), ensuring system modules operate optimally and supporting daily operations through troubleshooting, issue management, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving for ILIAS software
- Ensure system modules are operational and ready for daily use
- Record and manage technical issues through Jira
- Prepare system availability and technical performance reports
- Monitor MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and support performance targets
- Coordinate between IDAF Super Users, PT Falah Inovasi Teknologi, and ILIAS HQ
- Provide guidance and support to Super Users and IDAF personnel
- Bridge operational needs with appropriate technical solutions
Requirements:
- Diploma/S1 in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Technical support or FSR experience, preferably in the defence sector
- Proficient in Jira
- Experience with MTTR and system performance monitoring
- Willing to pursue official ILIAS certification
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work on-site in Madiun
