IT Support

Job responsibilities

• Provide user support for IT-related issues, including network, printers, security, telephony, and server issues

• Maintain and control the IT infrastructure and network

• Liaise with service providers to facilitate implementation and service delivery

• Perform installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and related peripherals

• Perform regular reports, consolidations, and equipment inventory management

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, VMware, Veeam, Microsoft O365, and MacOS

• Good understanding of networking, TCP/IP, VPN, WAN, LAN & VLAN is an advantage

• Outdoor work is required

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
