Salary: Rp 6.200.000 – Rp 7.700.000 per month
About the role
PT Candi Argo Joyo is looking for a skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team as a Dispatch Engineer, based on-site in Cilegon, Banten.
Key responsibilities
Perform Windows OS installation, troubleshooting, and patching
Diagnose, repair, and replace PC hardware components
Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and network cabling
Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
Provide basic Active Directory administration, including user accounts, Group Policy, and file/print servers
Manage endpoint security, including antivirus, system updates, and compliance checks
Maintain IT asset inventory, including PCs and other IT equipment
About you
Basic knowledge of FortiGate firewall configuration and troubleshooting is an advantage
