Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software & network-related issues
Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, laptops, printers & other IT equipment
Responding to and resolving user queries in a timely and professional manner
Monitoring and maintaining the company's IT systems, including servers, networks & security systems
Documenting IT-related processes & procedures to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base
Collaborating with the broader IT team to implement new technologies & drive continuous improvement
