Salary: $20,000 per month

Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues

Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

Responding to and resolving user queries in a timely and professional manner

Monitoring and maintaining the company's IT systems, including servers, networks, and security systems

Documenting IT-related processes and procedures to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base

Collaborating with the broader IT team to implement new technologies and drive continuous improvement
