IT Support - Identity Access Management

Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000 per month

• Process ServiceNow Requests: Efficiently process ServiceNow requests for user account and group provisioning and de-provisioning, ensuring all actions are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• User Access Management: Assist in the setup, modification, and removal of user accounts and access privileges in accordance with company policies and service requests.

• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Training and Awareness: Participate in security awareness training and contribute to the development of IAM-related training materials for end-users.

*Applicants must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
