Key responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide technical assistance to end-users effectively and ensure smooth IT operations
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, software, and peripherals
- Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure
- Document IT support processes and update technical manuals
- Support IT team in daily tasks and ongoing projects
About you
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
