IT Support / IT Support Specialist

Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to maintain IT systems, servers, networks, and hardware in Singapore, ensuring data security and system stability. You will provide technical support to employees and work closely with China HQ to implement IT solutions locally.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, servers, networks, and hardware locally.

· Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and peripherals.

· Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.

· Coordinate with HQ IT team to implement IT solutions locally.

· Recommend improvements to IT processes and systems.

Requirements

· 3–5 years IT support experience with technical skills (hardware, software, network, server maintenance).

· Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or related fields.

· Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English/Chinese) a plus.

Preferred

· ERP or enterprise system experience.

· Experience coordinating with HQ or cross-country IT projects.

· Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT asset management.
