IT Support & Laptop Technician Intern

About Us

New Life Tech Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company specialising in refurbished business laptops. We sell Lenovo ThinkPad, Dell Latitude and HP EliteBook laptops through offline/online marketplaces.

We are looking for a motivated IT Intern who is passionate about computers and wants to gain real hands-on technical experience.

Responsibilities

You will be trained to perform the following tasks:

• Diagnose and test laptops
• Install and configure Windows operating systems
• Install drivers and software
• Upgrade SSD and RAM
• Perform laptop quality inspection (QC)
• Configure BIOS settings
• Clean and prepare laptops for customers
• Package and dispatch customer orders
• Update inventory records
• Provide basic technical support
• Maintain an organized workspace

Requirements

• ITE / Polytechnic students are welcome
• Passion for computers and technology
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
• Good communication skills
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
