About the role

MK Restaurant Group Public Company Limited is seeking a dedicated IT Support (M-Senko) professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in Bangsaothong, Samut Prakan, specifically at the M-Senko location on Bangna-Trat Road, Kilometre 21. As an IT Support specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our technology infrastructure, ensuring that our restaurant operations run smoothly and seamlessly. You will provide critical technical assistance to both our user, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that directly impact our business operations and customer service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to user staff, addressing hardware, software and network-related issues promptly and effectively

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems including computer systems, printers, internet connectivity and other networked devices

• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and minimal downtime

• Install, configure and maintain software applications and operating systems factory locations

• Manage user accounts, access permissions and security protocols to protect company data and systems

• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery procedures are in place

• Document technical issues, resolutions and maintain comprehensive IT records for future reference

• Collaborate with senior IT staff and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues that exceed standard support capabilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks and updates to prevent system failures and security vulnerabilities
