IT Support Manager
Salary: £45,000 - 74,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and GMP-regulated computerised systems within a regulated environment.
- A degree in a relevant field or HNC/HND would be advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware, software and end-user support.
- Proven direct line management experience, with a strong track record of leadership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Lead day-to-day IT Support operations, ensuring reliable, high-performing services and systems across the business.
- Manage and develop the IT Support team, prioritising workloads and ensuring timely resolution of incidents, requests and user issues.
- Ensure IT operations remain compliant with GxP, Data Integrity, Information Security, validation and change control requirements.
- Own and continuously improve ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge and Major Incident Management.
- Oversee IT hardware, software, collaboration platforms, asset lifecycle management and operational procurement activities.
- Manage third-party suppliers and service providers, ensuring agreed service levels, compliance and delivery commitments are achieved.
- Drive cyber security, identity and access management, business continuity and disaster recovery activities, including audit and inspection support.
