About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to join a well-established organization in the power and energy sector.
You will provide day-to-day technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT equipment, and help maintain a reliable and secure IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system and basic network issues.
Install, configure and maintain Windows/macOS and common business applications.
Set up and deploy new computers, user accounts, software and IT equipment.
Perform regular IT equipment maintenance, updates and security patching.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and software licence records.
Assist with IT security, vulnerability management and implementation of company IT policies.
Prepare and maintain IT documentation, user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide technical guidance and basic IT training to users when required.
Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for technical issues, equipment repairs and warranty matters.
Support IT projects and other initiatives as required.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support or Technical Support is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and hardware troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of networking, user accounts and IT security.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong customer-service mindset with good troubleshooting skills.
Fresh graduates with relevant IT knowledge are welcome to apply.
Willing to work in Serendah, Selangor.
