Job Description :

• Assisting in resolving local network/user’s issues.

• Setting up accounts for staffs, ensuring that all platforms/software used by the company installed.

• Managing company’s IT infrastructure and assets.

• Installation, maintenance and provision of daily support for both hardware & software, equipment including printers, scanners, external hard-drives, CCTV etc.

• Diagnose Hardware and Software problems, provide analysis and solution

• Handling IT Assets purcashing
