IT Support
Salary: £26,000 - 54,000 per year
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years experience in IT support environments
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word formatting
- Knowledge of data protection and information security practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated approach
- Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
- Team-oriented with high reliability and professionalism
- Technical expertise in Outlook, iOS, Active Directory, SCCM, and ServiceNow
- Basic networking knowledge, including cabling, patching, and wireless
- Provide end-user support for office-based and remote employees
- Manage and monitor the helpdesk ticketing system through to resolution
- Deliver IT and AV support for client meetings and events
- Deploy and administer hardware, software, and mobile devices (iOS)
- Maintain inventory and billing for mobile devices
- Support joiner and leaver processes, including hardware, access, and setup
- Install and configure monitors, workstations, cabling, and telephony
- Perform regular maintenance of meeting rooms and IT equipment
- Support IT storage areas, equipment rooms, and shared devices
- Contribute to ad hoc IT projects and general support tasks
- Undertake occasional international travel as required
