First/second-line IT support for staff, tutors and students across two UK sites (based in Swindon), plus hands-on administration of the Microsoft 365 tenant — Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune — including device management, security and compliance. Role at a veterinary CPD training provider, split between on-site helpdesk, remote support and tenant admin.
Improve International was established in 1998 by a group of veterinary surgeons from across the UK. We run Continuous Professional Development training from veterinary professionals to help develop the skills and knowledge required in practice. Our programmes utilise a combination of review lectures, case-based discussion and, where applicable, hands-on practical sessions.
