Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support / Network Administrator to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems. You will play a key role in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing servers, and supporting our cybersecurity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support & Helpdesk – Serve as the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues (hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices). Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of tickets. Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, access rights, and hardware setup.
- Network & System Administration – Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto). Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/VPN). Administer servers running Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS/DHCP.
- Security & Maintenance – Apply security patches, updates, and antivirus solutions to protect against vulnerabilities. Conduct regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place and tested. Assist in monitoring for security breaches and participate in IT compliance audits. Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including software licenses and hardware. Liaise with external vendors for hardware repairs, procurement, and service contracts.
- Documentation & Projects – Create and update technical documentation, network diagrams, and user guides. Participate in IT infrastructure projects, such as system upgrades, cloud migration (AWS/Azure), or office relocations.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support or network administration.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11) and Windows Server environments. Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) administration. Familiarity with networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs. Hands‑on experience with firewalls and switches is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with non‑technical staff. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
