IT Support Officer - 3 month Contract

We're looking for an IT Support Officer who enjoys variety, thrives on customer service, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive ICT team.

This is an initial 3-month contract with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing...

• Providing Level 1.5 to Level 2 onsite and remote IT support
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, Teams, mobile devices and end-user hardware
• Travelling between Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding sites as required
• Assisting with technology rollouts, projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Building great relationships with users while delivering outstanding service

What you'll bring...

• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
• Availability to commence immediately or within the next two weeks
• Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A current Queensland Driver Licence
