IT Support Officer - Brookvale based - up to $95K base
Salary: Up to $95K base
The business
A well known, well regarded organisation, with a large user base.
They are based in the Brookvale-Warringah area, and offer free parking on site. There are also bus options nearby.
The role
The role is a mix of 1st and 2nd level tech support - most of the issues relating to password issues, connectivity problems, hardware & cybersecurity.
The environment in Windows centric, and they run Active Directory and 365. There is though also some Mac work
The IT team are high available & provide exceptional support to their user base. They pride themselvers on providing an exceptional customer experience each and every time.
So what are we looking for?
- Some commercial tech support experince, ideally from a Windows setting
- Some IT certifications - probably a Cert IV or an IT Diploma. MS or Cisco certs would also be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- A real customer centric, approachable nature
- Someone happy to come onsite to the workplace 5 days a week
