Requirements:
√ Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
√ Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support role.
√ Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
√ Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, CCTV systems, IP telephony, and basic server administration is an added advantage.
√ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
√ Professional IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
√ Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
√ Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
√ Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application problems promptly.
√ Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and internet connectivity.
√ Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
√ Install software updates, antivirus solutions, and security patches.
√ Perform routine system backups and assist with data recovery when required.
