The Opportunity
They are looking for a permanent Technical Support Specialist to join their Technology team in Sydney. Reporting to a senior member of the technology team, you'll be the go-to person for end users, providing responsive onsite and remote support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and core business applications.
You'll get hands-on exposure across the full Microsoft stack – think Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure – while also contributing to incident and problem management, technology projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. It's a role for someone who genuinely enjoys solving problems and delivering a great end-user experience, not just logging tickets.

About You
- 2-3 years' experience in a technology support, desktop support, or systems administration role
- Solid hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, iPhone and Android devices
- Exposure to cloud and modern workplace platforms – Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (incident, problem, change and asset management)
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint security, and access management
- Strong communicator, comfortable translating technical detail for non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer-service driven
- Tertiary qualifications in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience); vendor certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Citrix) highly regarded
- Genuine family-oriented, employee-first culture
