IT Support Officer (Infrastructure)
Salary: ฿20,000 – ฿25,000 per month
About the role
Manage and maintain the organization's Network, Server, Hardware and Infrastructure systems to ensure continuous availability and operation.
Key responsibilities
Install, maintain, improve and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Firewall, Wireless and Internet systems
Maintain and support Windows / Linux Server operations including Active Directory, File Server and Email Server
Inspect and resolve issues with PC, Notebook, Printer and peripheral devices
Monitor IT Infrastructure performance regularly and conduct Preventive Maintenance
Coordinate with Vendors and Service Providers regarding IT and Network system maintenance
Prepare system user manuals, maintenance reports and troubleshooting documentation
Provide User Support services to ensure smooth user operations
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure or Network
Knowledge and understanding of Network, Firewall, Switch, Router, Windows Server and Linux Server
Strong ability to analyze and resolve technical problems
Service-oriented mindset and commitment to customer service
