IT Support Officer (Node+React)

We are looking for an IT Support Officer with deskside and application support experience, combined with some exposure to Node.js and React.js development.

What You'll Do:

• Provide deskside and remote technical support to end-users

• Deliver application support based on SOPs and technical understanding

• Coordinate with IT infrastructure, application owners, and vendors

• Maintain IT asset inventory and support preventive maintenance

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge base

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience

• Experience with Node.js and React.js development for application enhancement is a plus

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent customer service mindset

• Fluent Cantonese and English (Mandarin is an advantage)

• ITIL knowledge and ticketing system experience (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
