IT Support Officer

Provide technical support ensuring systems are reliable for internal and external users and maintain agencywide operational continuity of IT services. The role works in a helpdesk environment, sets up devices for new joiners, coordinates with NT Government and external IT stakeholders (Department of Corporate and Digital Development, police IT, courts, defence), and escalates procedural gaps or major and complex system and IT outages to the Digital Solutions Coordinator for resolution.
