Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Mode: On-site (Monday – Friday)
Industry: Investment & Financial Services

We're looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
* 2–4 year’s IT support/helpdesk experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, and basic cybersecurity
* Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and system administration.
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
* Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+/N+, CCNA, Microsoft, etc.) are an added advantage
