Key Responsibilities

• On‑Site Technical Support
• Field Equipment Deployment & Maintenance
• Site Readiness & Projects Support
• Incident & Service Request Management
• Inventory & Asset Management
• Security & Compliance Support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in field support or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of desktop support, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Microsoft Windows OS, Office applications, and Microsoft 365 basics.
• Ability to travel frequently between sites.
