IT SUPPORT OFFICER
* Provide day-to-day IT support to office staff for hardware, software and system-related issues.
* Set up and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other office IT equipment.
* Install, configure and update operating systems, software and applications.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
* Manage user accounts, email accounts and access permissions.
* Maintain office network, Wi-Fi, printers and other IT infrastructure.
* Perform regular system updates, backups and basic security checks.
* Assist in purchasing and maintaining IT equipment and software licences.
* Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper asset records are kept.
* Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
* Provide basic IT training and guidance to employees.
* Ensure IT systems and equipment are properly maintained and secure.
* Perform other IT and administrative duties as assigned by management
