IT SUPPORT

About The Role:

Responsible for daily maintenance of the IT infrastructure, network, server, CCTV and security systems. This role ensures IT systems are aligned with corporate standards and security policies, maintains documentation of assets and licensing, and provides support across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

1. Daily maintenance of IT infrastructure, network, server, CCTV and security systems

2. Ensure IT systems are aligned with corporate standards and security policies

3. Maintain documentation of asset and licensing up to date

4. Work closely with cross functional departments for helpdesk support

5. Setup employee software including email, chat tools, video call apps

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Certificate in IT or related field

2. Basic knowledge of Technical, Networking, CCTV Maintenance Support

3. Entry level technical support experience in PC, Printer, Server, Networking and CCTV

4. Punctual with a positive and responsible work attitude
