- Minimum D3/S1 System Information/Computer Science
- Work experience at least 1 years as IT Support
- Basic Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Strong technical skills in Hardware and Software troubleshooting
- Self motivated, work well both independently and team
- Energetic and fast learner
