An in-house IT support manager at a local electronics SME, responsible for maintaining all staff PCs and IT equipment and running the internal IT support system. Day to day is helpdesk work and troubleshooting hardware/software issues for employees.
We are a locally owned SME looking for a IT support manager to manage our in house needs. You will be required to manage our internal IT support system in the company. You will have to maintain all the PCs and IT equipment used by all our staff. You will also be required to provide helpdesk and troubleshooting expertise.
