IT Support - Part Time

We're exclusively partnering with a well-established community services organisation to appoint a part-time ICT Support Officer in Brisbane's south.
This role is focused on the joiner and leaver side of IT, which takes up the majority of the week. You'll set new starters up with their accounts, access and devices so they're ready to go from day one, and make sure departing staff are offboarded cleanly and securely.
The rest of your time is spent on the service desk, working through the ticket queue and resolving day-to-day support requests. You'll report to the ICT Team Leader and work as part of a wider ICT team.
This is a role for someone who is organised and process-driven, takes care with the detail, and gets satisfaction from doing a repeatable job properly every time.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new starters, including accounts, access and devices
- Offboard departing staff, removing access and recovering equipment
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions and group policy with security and privacy in mind
- Provision and manage devices through Intune
- Work through the ticket queue, providing first and second line support within agreed SLAs
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Salesforce users
- Keep processes and documentation up to date
About you
- Organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working through a steady workload without being chased
- Careful and discreet with access and sensitive information
- A clear communicator who makes new starters feel supported
- Works well on your own and as part of a team
Essential experience
- User account and access management across a Microsoft environment
- Device provisioning and management through Intune
- Microsoft 365 support, including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- First and second line service desk support
- Salesforce support

- Network, telecommunications and vendor management experience, Azure, Power Automate and ITIL Foundation are all highly regarded
- National police check and Working with Children Check required
