About the role
PT Jaya Mitra Kurnia is seeking an IT Support professional to join our team. You will provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networks, and other IT devices, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
Key responsibilities
Provide support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networks, and other IT devices
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and IT equipment
Monitor and troubleshoot internet networks, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices
Handle and resolve IT issues reported by users promptly
Perform routine maintenance and checks on company IT equipment
Manage and document IT assets and devices
Assist with data backup and maintain security of devices and IT systems
Create documentation for troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution
Support IT system development and improvement initiatives
About you
Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as IT Support or similar role
Understanding of hardware, software, and Windows operating system troubleshooting
Knowledge of basic computer networking including LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and network devices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic programming or coding knowledge is a plus
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on programs, scripts, or internal systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Communicative, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to serve user needs effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
