About the role
IT Support role providing installation, configuration, and repair of IT devices and systems.
Location : Bandung, Cirebon, Purworejo, Yogyakarta, Surakarta, Jember, Madiun, Malang, Surabaya, Banyuwangi, Palembang
Key responsibilities
Installation, configuration, and repair of IT devices
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Provide customer and end-user support services
Work on shift basis and undertake official travel when required
About you
Minimum SMK/D3 qualification in Computer Engineering and Networks or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in IT device installation, configuration, and repair
Understanding of installation processes, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Customer/end-user service orientation with good communication skills
Able to work independently and within a team
Willing to work shifts and undertake mobile duties when required
