Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience providing IT support
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop
- Experience administering MS Office 365
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Management and implementations
- Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Ability to maintain a high level of service and quality
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support and advice across the business, logging all issues
- Troubleshoot issues by analysing root causes and evaluating options
- Perform routine monitoring of systems and software
- Carry out routine administration for new employees and leavers
- Assist with maintaining, administering and developing IT in line with business needs
- Maintain the company website and social media
- Access and analyse data from reporting systems, including vehicle trackers and CCTV

We are recruiting for an established construction business with approximately 70 staff. This is a permanent IT Support Technician role based in Ringwood, Hampshire, with parking provided. The salary is up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. Benefits include 28 days holiday including bank holidays, a pension, an onsite staff gym and coffee shop, and free parking.
