Salary: ₱15,000 – ₱20,000 per month

The IT Staff is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company’s computers, network systems, software, and IT equipment. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting employees with technical concerns.

The position also involves NAS setup and maintenance, file sharing and access management, system monitoring, data backup, user account management, IT equipment inventory, and on-site technical support.

The IT Staff is expected to be organized, analytical, adaptable, and reliable, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. They must be willing to learn new technologies and handle various IT and ICT-related tasks to ensure smooth and efficient company operations.
