Your Day-to-Day
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and other IT issues to keep systems running smoothly.
- Set up, install, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the company's network, including Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, servers, firewalls, and network devices.
- Perform regular system checks and fix technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Work with external vendors for IT maintenance, repairs, and issue escalation when needed.
- Provide technical support to employees and ensure their IT issues are resolved quickly.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- >4 years of experience in IT Support or Technical Support.
- Familiar with firewalls such as FortiGate, Sophos, MikroTik, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of networks, including Wi-Fi, VPN, servers, switches, and access points.
- Experience supporting multiple office locations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
