IT Support & Software Developer

We are looking for an IT Support & Software Developer for our Surabaya office (up to 25 staff). You will keep our IT systems and network running day to day, and build and improve the software and internal tools we use to run the business.

Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day IT support for staff: computers, laptops, printers, accounts, and email

- Set up, monitor, and maintain the office network, Wi-Fi, internet, servers, and CCTV

- Manage Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, software licences, backups, and basic security

- Develop, test, and maintain internal software, web apps, and automations for our product and operations

- Work with the team to turn business needs into working features, and document what you build

- Research and test new tools for product development and R&D

Requirements:

- D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years in IT support, software development, or both

- Hands-on networking and hardware troubleshooting skills

- Programming experience in at least one language (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or PHP) and with databases (SQL)

- Self-driven, able to work independently and manage priorities

- Good written English

Nice to Have:

- Experience with web frameworks, APIs, and Git

- Experience with cloud services (Google Cloud, AWS) or low-code / automation tools

- A portfolio or GitHub link
