IT Support Specialist

Salary: $4,000 – $5,500 per month

Job Summary

• Well-established company

• Monday to Friday (Office hour)

• Basic salary up to $5500

• Location: Central

Job Responsibilities

• Provide application development and administration of enterprise systems

• Handle user support calls, perform first and second level troubleshooting, diagnose application related issues and escalate to vendor for resolution

• Involve in testing of pre-release applications, related software and tools

• Participate in implementation projects and provide post-implementation support

• Plan and liaise with vendors in project implementation, application testing, support application patches and upgrades

• Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirement

• Possess experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions

• Must have experience in Nintex
