Handles device/account setup and offboarding, daily team IT issues, access management, basic security (updates, backups, 2FA), and monthly device/licence inventory reporting.
About ARK47 Studio
ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR, bookings, an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first, then builds the screens, data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

What you will do
- Set up work devices and accounts for new team members, and recover them when people leave.
- Solve the team’s day-to-day IT issues in person and online.
- Manage access to company tools, and keep a record of who has access to what.
- Apply basic security: updates, backups, password and two-factor settings.
- Keep an inventory of devices and licences, and report every month.
What we need
- Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- 1+ year in IT support or help desk. Graduates in IT or computer science without this experience are also welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of Windows and macOS, iPhone and Android, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Pay and terms
- Total monthly salary SAR 7,000–10,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
- Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
- Employer: Apex Operations Company. Work location: Riyadh.
How we select

- A 30-minute video call about the role and ARK47 Studio, in which we hear your view of the app and your questions.
- For shortlisted candidates, a 30-minute troubleshooting exercise using ARK47 Studio on a test account we provide.
- Final interview in Riyadh. We inform every interviewed candidate of the result within 30 days of their interview.
